Service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. No other pets are allowed. Emotional support animals (ESAs) and comfort animals are not service animals under the ADA and are not allowed in this rental.
If a guest requires a service animal, we may ask the limited questions permitted by the ADA to confirm its status.
General Rules
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be prompt so we can prepare for the next guests.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted indoors.
Parties, weddings and other events are not allowed.
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
Please use the dark towels provided when removing makeup.
Please flush only toilet paper. Everything else goes in the trash.
Kitchen & Food
Please rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
All food waste should go into the designated food waste bins. Recycling bins are also available.
Tea, coffee and kitchen basics are provided.
Frying food indoors is not allowed. An outdoor fryer is available for your use.
Trash bags can be found under the sink.
Before checking out, please wipe down all countertops.
Let us know if anything is broken or not working.
Fishing Bait & Catch
Please do not store bait or fish in any indoor fridge or freezer. A dedicated bait freezer is available outside for your use.
Laundry
Please put used towels and dish cloths in the bins provided before you leave.
Before You Checkout
Empty all bins and take trash to the dumpster downstairs.
Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
Lock all doors and windows.
Turn off all lights and set the air conditioner to 78°F.
